Designed specifically for the heat pipe sintering molding process, it exhibits excellent high-temperature stability, chemical inertness and surface non-stickiness. During the vacuum sintering process, it does not deform, does not adhere to copper powder, the core extraction is smooth without damaging the capillary structure, and it is wear-resistant and durable. This can significantly improve the molding quality of the heat pipe vapor chamber and the consistency of the product.
Custom-shaped ceramic components offer high temperature resistance, chemical corrosion resistance, and excellent electrical insulation for demanding applications. They are used as custom support fixtures for heat pipe manufacturing and insulating substrates for semiconductor packaging (electronics); ceramic insulating holders for lithium battery tabs and insulating barriers for photovoltaic equipment (new energy); wear-resistant bushings and sealing rings (mechanics); and custom ceramic brackets and thermal insulators capable of withstanding extreme temperatures and corrosive environments at high altitudes (aerospace).
